The Honorable Sam J. Ervin, III Scholarship
To assist a second year Paralegal Technology student in meeting educational expenses incurred while pursuing his/her academic goals at WPCC.
Scholarship Criteria
- Be a rising second year student enrolled full-time in the Associate Degree program of Paralegal Technology in excellent academic standing
- Prefer a non-traditional student and burke County resident
- Demonstrate superior academic achievement as determined by program instructors and subcommittee
- Demonstrate commitment to pursuing career in the legal field
- Financial need may be consider
- Scholarship monies to be used to cover tuition, fees, and books. Other legitimate educationally related expenses may be covered, if funds permit, and upon application to and approval by the WPCC Financial Aid Subcommittee
