Payment Policy & Methods

Payment Policy

Payments for tuition and fees are due to the Business Office and must be received by the stated deadline for each semester in order to be officially registered.

Failure to pay by the stated deadline will result in you being deregistered from your class(es), and you will be ineligible to attend class or receive grades.

You are considered officially registered if you have:

  • Paid in full (account balance is $0)
  • Pending Financial Aid (as shown on your student account) in excess of the amount due on your student account
  • Pending Sponsorship Payment from a Third Party
  • Successfully enrolled in a Payment Plan

Methods of Payment

In Person

Tuition and Fee payments can be made in person using cash, check (third party and counter checks are not accepted), money order and all major cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) at the Business Office.

By Mail

Payments by check or money order can be mailed:

Payments mailed are not considered received until posted to your account.

Drop Box

Payments by cash, check, or money order can be made using the payment drop box located outside the Business Office. Payments by drop box will be posted to your account the next business day, and are not considered received until posted to your account.

Payment Plans

A Payment Plan may be created with Nelnet Business Solutions to break registration fees into manageable payments for curriculum courses. For more information regarding payment plans, please check our Tuition Payment Plan.

Online

Payments by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) may be made on-line through Pioneer Pass for curriculum courses. In Pioneer Pass, login to your student account, Select “Pay Tuition and Fees” under Financial Information and choose the term to make a payment. Payments can only be made for the full amount by term.
