Lt. Kelly Kincaid Emergency Services Endowed Scholarship

To assist Emergency Services Personnel, their spouses, children, and/or stepchildren who are enrolled students in meeting educational expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at Western Piedmont Community College.

Scholarship Criteria

• Be enrolled at Western Piedmont Community College in any curriculum program
• Be enrolled at least part-time with 6.0 SHC
• Be a resident of Burke County
• Be in good academic standing
• Be personnel of an appropriate Emergency Services division, or the spouse, child or stepchild of appropriate Emergency Services Personnel
