Clark Douglas Powell Endowed Scholarship

To assist student(s) in meeting expenses incurred while pursuing their academic goals at Western Piedmont Community College.

Scholarship Criteria

• Be enrolled at least on a half-time basis in any curriculum program.
• Demonstrate financial need.
• Maintain satisfactory progress as determined by the College.
• Attended Freedom High School.
• Preference in selection will be given to students who participated in high school athletics.
