George and Wilma Williams Endowed Scholarship

To assist a first or second year nursing student in meeting educational expenses incurred while pursuing his/her academic goals at WPCC. Two scholarships fund in 2001

Scholarship Criteria

• Be a student enrolled in the Associate Degree Nursing in good academic standing
• Prefer a Burke County resident
• Demonstrate good academic achievement as determined by program instructors and subcommittee
• Demonstrate commitment to pursuing career in the nursing field
• Based on financial need
• Scholarship monies to be used to cover tuition, fees and books. Other legitimate educationally-related expenses may be covered, if funds permit, and upon application to and approval by the WPCC Financial Aid Subcommittee
