What would your most powerful life look like? More energy? Better rest? More movement? Less stress? Stronger relationships? More time doing the things you love?

Live Your Most Powerful Life is an interactive personal enrichment series designed to help you explore everyday choices that can support your overall well-being. Through hands on activities, discussion, reflection, and weekly challenges, you will explore healthy eating, daily movement, stress management, healthy connections, and informed self-care.

This is not about perfection or completely changing your life overnight. It is about discovering small, realistic changes that can become sustainable habits.

October 21 | Discover Your Power
Required Introductory Session | $40
This session is required before participating in any of the individual sessions below.
Start by exploring metabolic health, the difference between lifespan and health span, and how everyday choices can influence energy, sleep, stress, mood, and overall well-being. You will identify your personal goals and begin your Power Passport, which you will use throughout the series.

October 28 | Nourish
$25
Explore healthy eating without the pressure of perfection. Discover the relationship between nutrition, digestion, energy, and everyday wellness while learning realistic ways to make the meals you already enjoy more nourishing.

November 4 | Move
$25
What if movement did not have to mean exercise? Explore simple ways to incorporate more activity into your everyday life through mobility, stretching, balance, walking, breathing, and functional movement.

November 11 | Reset
$25
Explore stress, rest, sleep, and recovery while learning simple techniques for slowing down and intentionally resetting. Participants will experience relaxation practices that may include breathing, mindfulness and gentle movement.

November 18 | Connect
$25
Explore how friendship, family, community, belonging, encouragement, laughter, and meaningful relationships can contribute to personal wellness. Identify opportunities to strengthen the connections that matter to you.

November 25 | Power
$25
Explore informed self-care and build your personal wellness toolbox. Bring everything you have learned throughout the series together to create your own Power Plan for continuing healthy lifestyle practices that work for you.

Participants who wish to attend individual sessions must first complete the October 21 Discover Your Power introductory session.

Comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for light movement are recommended.

About the Instructor
Lynn Shell is a massage therapist at Burke Myotherapy, PLLC, in Morganton. Her practice combines hands-on techniques, client education, and guidance on movement and self-care to support overall well-being. Lynn will lead participants through practical activities and discussions focused on making small, sustainable changes in their everyday lives.
