Upon discovering a deceased person, contact Campus Security at extensions 6196, 6000, or 3500 and provide the following information:
1. Location of body.
2. Name of deceased, if known.
3. Circumstances related to the death, if known.
Contact the necessary outside local agencies. Secure the area and minimize disturbing the death area prior to the arrival of the police. Remain with the deceased until the police arrive. Assist police and outside agencies with their investigation.
