Participants for the WPCC/ETS program are selected during their middle school years based upon the following guidelines:
- Academic potential (on grade-level or above) for success at the postsecondary level
- First generation potential college student
- Income requirements established by the federal government (opens new window)
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Enrolled in a target school served
- A U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen
- At least 11 years of age and completion of the fifth grade
