Summer Semester

To schedule an in-person or online tutoring appointment, students can click on the “Tutors by Appointment” icon in Moodle.

Math Lab

Visit the ASC to complete your assignments and ask for help when you need it! Tutors will guide you to understanding the concepts covered in your math classes. Contact the ASC at 828-448-3115 for additional information.

Fall and Spring Semesters:

• Monday-Thursday: 3:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (All Math Courses) 
• Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Math up to MAT 143)
• Peer Tutors available for many courses by appointment
• BrainFuse available 24/7.  Connect via Moodle.

Writing Lab

The writing assistance provided in the ASC covers more than just English. The ASC professional tutors may assist with formatting, grammar, citations, and more for writing assignments in any course. Contact the ASC at 828-448-3115 for additional information.

Computer Assistance

ASC tutors are on duty to help with an assortment of issues that occur, including logging into your online class, changing your password, wi-fi problems, and a variety of software specific questions. Contact the ASC at 828-448-3115 for additional information.
