Dates: Didactic online (opening November 1st), Proctored in person Final Exam 12/11/26 from 2-5pm in FHEC 121, Lab on 12/14 and 12/15 OR 12/16 and 12/17 (Two sections of lab—you will not attend both sections) in FHEC 122 from 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch
This course is designed for those students who are certified dental assistants. The student will learn the techniques of exposing, processing, mounting and storing roentgenographic (x-ray) film. Also included are film selection for technique used, roentogenographic errors and their correction and safety measures to prevent unwanted radiation exposure.
