03.03.040 Reduction in Force/Involuntary Leave Without Pay

Upon the Trustee declaration of financial exigency, the President may terminate or furlough an employee’s employment with the College when budgetary circumstances indicate the imminent need to reduce the number of personnel within the College’s workforce.
