Policy

Western Piedmont Community College maintains the right to enforce reasonable job expectations and rules of conduct among its employees and expects each employee to perform his/her work and to conduct himself or herself in a manner that brings credit to the College.  Therefore, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken for poor job performance, misconduct, conduct unbecoming of a College employee or violations of established policy and procedures.
