03.03.020.b Examples of Misconduct or Conduct Unbecoming of a College Employee
The following list of improper behaviors is an attempt to provide examples of potentially serious offenses under this Policy. This is not intended as an all-inclusive list of poor conduct:
- Conviction of a felony or misdemeanor
- Misuse of College funds or property
- Disruptive or abusive behavior
- Willful damage to property
- Insubordination
- Misuse of confidential information
- Immoral conduct
- Falsifying work records
- Endangerment of persons
- Unlawful possession of a weapon on College property
- Accepting “gifts” and “favors” in violation of ethics policies and laws
