Use this form to register for College and Career Readiness Orientation. Orientation for High School Completion is only offered on Wednesdays. Orientation for English as a Second Language is only offered on Mondays. Please make appointments 24 hours in advance of orientation time. If you are registering a minor (16-17 years old) child, please fill out the form with the minor's information and list parent's contact information in the comment box.
