Curriculum

Class Membership

A student is in class membership when (1) enrolled as evidenced by registration and satisfaction of the applicable tuition and fees; (2) attended one or more classes by the 10 percent point in the class; and (3) has not withdrawn or been withdrawn from the class.

Maintenance of Records

A permanent class roll must be maintained by each curriculum instructor as an official attendance record. This policy is mandatory for state and federal reporting purposes and must be accurate for the entire term. Once completed, signed, and dated, the class roll becomes a legal document that certifies grades, attendance, and FTE (Full Time student Equivalents).

This policy is mandatory for state and federal reporting purposes and must be accurate for the entire term. Once completed, signed, and dated, the attendance record becomes a legal document that certifies grades, attendance, and FTE (Full Time student Equivalents).
