Procedure

If the student does not agree the initial consideration concerning the student’s residency status, the student may seek a reconsideration or appeal with the Residency Determination Service (RDS).  For more information concerning the reconsideration and appeal process and deadlines, the student should consult with the RDS Guidebook.
