Policy

All instructional personnel and exempt staff shall attend and participate in all College curriculum graduation, convocation and other exercises unless excused by the President. These exercises are considered part of the normal duties and assignment for instructional personnel.   Academic regalia will be required when these exercises are specified as formal.  Instructional personnel and exempt staff are encouraged to attend other graduation ceremonies and other college events.
