Policy

In order to minimize the disruption of College operations and activities due to personnel changes (retirements, demotions, dismissals, vacated positions, or reorganization), the President may elect to transfer or reassign employees with consideration given to the College’s needs.  Internal transfers or reassignments are a change in a position or status resulting from assignment to a position other than the one presently occupied by the incumbent.
