Procedure

Exceptions to procedures contained in this Plan can occur upon the discretion of and approval by the President. Such exceptions will occur when the President deems it in the College’s best interests to do so and will be documented appropriately for future reference.

Nothing in this policy shall preempt the President and Board of Trustees’ authority under Federal or State law or other College policy.
