Western Piedmont Community College abides by the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 U.S.C. 201, et seq.).

The College’s work week is a period of seven (7) consecutive days, commencing at 12:00 a.m. Saturday and ending at 11:59 p.m. Friday.  The workday commences at 12:00 a.m. and ends at 11:59 p.m.
