Policy

Any employee may donate available leave to an immediate family member who is an employee of a community college, public school, or State agency; and with a co-worker’s immediate family member who is an employee of a community college, public school, or State agency on the condition the employee or a member of the employee’s immediate family has been approved to receive voluntary shared leave due to a medical condition requiring the employee’s absence for a prolonged period of time.

Any employee may donate available leave with a non-family member who is an employee of a community college upon the limitations as outlined within the procedures in regards to sick leave and retirement credit.
