Policy

The employment of College faculty and staff is based on the assumption that the employee is qualified to fulfill the requirements of the position, and that the employee will make every effort to carry out the duties and responsibilities assigned to that position.  Persons accepting employment with the College are required to recognize the legal basis of the Community College System in North Carolina and to support the College’s mission and goals.

Continuation of employment is contingent on the availability of funds to support a position.
