Policy

Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 115D-20(2), the Trustees hereby delegate to the President the authority to hire and terminate for the College based upon the College’s educational program needs and within available budgeted funds. For all full time instructional and exempt staff positions, upon acceptance by the applicant, the Trustees will be notified at the next appropriate meeting of the candidate’s employment.

The Trustees shall be responsible for hiring the President of the College. The President shall receive a contract.
