DSC_9834New students planning to attend Western Piedmont Community College (WPCC) this spring should start the enrollment process now by visiting wpcc.edu/spring.  Enrolling at WPCC is an easy process but the sooner future students start, the more prepared they will be for the start of spring semester on Monday, January 11.

“Submitting all information now will help to ensure that new students will have a smooth introduction to our campus and are fully prepared before spring semester begins,” said Susan Williams, dean of students.  “After submitting an application, students will receive a letter by mail detailing the next steps, which includes completing a mandatory orientation for new students only.”

Additional steps in the enrollment process including submitting admission and financial aid applications, official transcripts, and placement test scores.  The admission application can be completed and submitted online by visit wpcc.edu/spring.  Hard copy applications are also available by visiting Student Services in Hildebrand Hall on the College’s campus at 1001 Burkemont Avenue in Morganton.

Students seeking financial aid must complete a Financial Aid application first by visiting www.fafsa.gov.  The Federal School Code for WPCC is 002982. More information about financial aid is also available by visiting wpcc.edu/spring.

For a complete listing of spring semester courses, visit wpcc.edu/spring  and select “Class Schedules” linked in the “Register” tab.
