The President\u2019s Cabinet and the Innovation Team both serve as decision making bodies.\u00a0 These two teams have direct communication with the following standing committees for recommendations to assure the college is operating effectively and efficiently. Committees are essential to an effective organization because they provide faculty and staff with an opportunity to share ideas and work directly toward the accomplishment of the College\u2019s Mission.<\/p>\n
These are standing committees and as such are established on the following guidelines.<\/p>\n
