  1. Contacting Authority Delegation – the President is hereby expressly authorized and empowered to contract in the Board\u2019s name as follows:\n
      \n

        \n
      • Personnel – All employment contracts shall be signed by the President or designee.<\/li>\n
      • Capital Improvement Change Orders – The President or designee may approve a capital improvement change order. Capital improvement projects summaries are submitted to the board for information.<\/li>\n
      • Service Agreements – The President or designee shall have authority to execute service agreements on the Board\u2019s behalf.<\/li>\n
      • Instructional Agreements – The President is expressly authorized to sign all instructional agreements on the Board\u2019s behalf.<\/li>\n
      • Cooperative Agency Agreements – The President is authorized to sign all cooperative, interinstitutional and interagency agreements on the Board\u2019s behalf.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      • Unless the authorizing action of the Board specifically provides otherwise, any contract approved by the Board shall be executed on the Board\u2019s behalf by either the Board Chair or the President.<\/li>\n
      • Custody of Contracts – The President is hereby designated as custodian of all Board contracts and will be maintained on file in either the President’s office or the Business Services Office to which the Board is a party.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
