In accordance with the North Carolina State Board of Community Colleges, the College\u2019s fiscal year will be July 1 through June 30.<\/p>\n

The President must maintain oversight and responsibility of the budget process and the College Budget. The Chief Financial Officer shall be responsible for the preparation of the College\u2019s annual budget. \u00a0The President and Chief Financial Officer shall develop procedures for soliciting budget recommendations from the appropriate College administrators and stakeholders.\u00a0 The Chief Financial Officer shall submit the proposed budget to the Board for approval.<\/p>\n

The President or designee shall prepare and submit finance summary reports to the Board of Trustees (\u201cBoard\u201d) and, if otherwise required, to the appropriate state and county agencies.<\/p>\n
