z_index_tablet=&#8221;0&#8243;]\n<p>An electronic signature is considered valid when the following is met:<\/p>\n<p>Campus Network Username and Password<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Institution provides student or employee with a unique username<\/li>\n<li>Student or employee sets his or her own password<\/li>\n<li>Student or employee logs into the campus network and secure site using both the username and the password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>External Software (such as DocuSign or E-Trieve) Username and Password<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Institution provides student or employee with a unique username<\/li>\n<li>Student or employee sets his or her own password<\/li>\n<li>Student or employee logs using both the username and the password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>College user accounts are to be used solely by the student or employee assigned to the account.\u00a0 Users may not allow access to their accounts by other persons, including relatives or friends.\u00a0 It is the responsibility and obligation of each individual to keep their PIN and their password private so others cannot use their credentials. Once logged in, the student or employee is responsible for any information they provide, update, or remove.
