Military leave shall be granted to College employees for periods of service in the uniformed services in accordance with G.S. 127-A116, the Uniformed Services and Reemployment Act of 1994, the North Carolina State Personnel Act (see North Carolina Administrative Code, Title 25, Subchapter 1E, Section .0800) and regulations administered by the College.<\/p>\n
