Full-Time Regular Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n This term refers to an employee who works a forty (40) hour per week job assignments that, for its duration, normally consists of five (5), eight (8) hour days.\u00a0 Full-time regular employees are eligible for all College benefits.<\/p>\n All full-time employees (i.e., instructional, exempt and non-exempt staff) shall be treated as “at will” employees.<\/p>\n Part-Time Regular Employees<\/strong><\/p>\n This term refers to an employee who is employed on a continuous basis for a minimum of nine (9) months per year and who work no greater than twenty-nine (29) hours per week. Part-time regular employees may be eligible for some College benefits.<\/p>\n All part-time instructional employees serve on the basis of the terms and conditions specified in their contract and have no expectation or obligation of continued employment beyond that term specified in the contract.\u00a0 All other part-time employees (i.e., exempt and non-exempt staff) shall be treated as “at will” employees.<\/p>\n In addition, all part-time instructional employees shall serve a probationary period of ninety (90) days upon initial employment.\u00a0 During the probationary period, the employee shall be treated as an “at will” employee.<\/p>\n Full-Time Temporary Employees This term refers to an employee with a job assignment on a continuous basis for a limited time, less than twelve (12) months, which consists of a weekly schedule of forty (40) hours.\u00a0 Depending on the number of months employed and hours worked, full-time temporary employees may be entitled to an offer of health insurance but will not be entitled to other College benefits.\u00a0 All full-time temporary employees are considered \u201cat-will\u201d.<\/p>\n Part-Time Temporary Employees This term refers to an employee with a job assignment for a limited time of less than twelve (12) months, which, for its duration, and consists of a schedule of twenty-nine (29) hours or less per week.\u00a0 Part-time temporary employees do not receive College benefits.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Full-Time Regular Employees This term refers to an employee who works a forty (40) hour per week job assignments that, for its duration, normally consists of five (5), eight (8) hour days.\u00a0 Full-time regular employees are eligible for all College benefits.
