Morganton, NC – Western Piedmont Community College’s (WPCC) continuing education department will offer Sign Language for Everyday Conversations, a five-week course designed to help attendees communicate more easily with colleagues, patients, clients, friends and neighbors who use American Sign Language. The class will be offered from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays from June 23 through July 21 in Room 123 in the Foothills Higher Education Center at 2128 S. Sterling Street. Cost is $50 and no textbook is required.
Online registration is available through Friday, June 19 on the College website. In-person class registration in Hildebrand Hall on the main campus at 1001 Burkemont Avenue is available each Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Tuesday, June 16.
