TimelyCare

WPCC curriculum students, age 18 & older have FREE, 24/7 access to virtual care services with TimelyCare. Students do not need insurance to access TimelyCare services. As part of our partnership with TimelyCare, students have access to services in TimelyCare including:

  • MedicalNow: On-demand support for common health issues, including colds, flu, and allergies.
  • TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
  • Scheduled Medical: Choose the day, time, and medical provider best for you.
  • Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that works best for you (6 visits per academic year).
  • Self-Care Content: Visit the Self-Caretab for 24/7 access to tools and resources, such as meditation and yoga sessions, helpful videos, and short articles from experts.
  • Basic Needs Support: Get connected to free or reduced-cost community resources, including food and housing assistance, transit support, childcare, and finances.

Students have access to TimelyCare services 365 days a year.

Single Stop

Single Stop is a web-based platform to help students find local and online support for essential needs like government benefits, food and housing insecurity, utility assistance, childcare, and tax help.

Student Snack-N-Go

WPCC’s Student Snack-N-Go is located in Phifer Hall. This is a free resource open to students and can be accessed anytime campus buildings are open. 

Refrigerated and non-perishable items along with paper products and utensils are available. An information table with community resources is also setup.
