2026-27 INTENT TO ATTEND B-TERM COURSES for Financial Aid Students
Federal regulation specifies that if written confirmation of intent to attend B-term is not received from a student who withdrew from all but B-term courses, that student is considered a total withdrawal. As a total withdrawal, a return of funds calculation is performed, and the student will owe a portion of their financial aid back. In addition, the B-term courses will be deleted so that the student will be refunded the tuition and fees for those B-term courses. Further, if a student submits written confirmation of intent to attend B-term but then does not attend the B-term courses, the student will be considered a total withdrawal and will owe a portion of their financial aid back. In addition, the student will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded tuition and fees for those B-term courses.
