Distance Learning Complaint Procedures for Out-of-State Students

Federal law requires that Western Piedmont Community College make available to prospective and enrolled students the process students should follow to file a complaint against an institution. WPCC desires to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an expeditious, fair and amicable manner. If an issue cannot be resolved internally, students may file a complaint with their state. The directory of state regulatory agencies provides the contact information and complaint procedure for each state. WPCC is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
