    Cost: $70

    Description:  This welding course will focus on the basics of Mig welding. The student will learn to use safety equipment and proper techniques necessary in welding. This welding course will include PPE, and all guidelines in welding safety. The course will give the students a hands-on opportunity to practice welding techniques. The students should wear proper clothing including closed toe shoes. All PPE will be provided by the instructor and students should wear clothes that would be considered proper clothing. It is important that a student does not wear clothing or shoes which can cause injury to the student. For example, no flip flops should be worn in the welding area. By the end of the course, a student should be able to demonstrate a proper welding task safely.

    Materials: Students will need to purchase the notary public handbook that is available in the WPCC bookstore. You should also bring a pencil and paper. Please note no laptops are allowed.
    This course is taught by Calleesha Teel, Esq. Originally from Greenville, NC she received her Bachelors in Political Science from Winston-Salem State University and her JD/MLS from North Carolina Central University. She has been a Notary Public since 2016 and conducted hundreds of notarizations. She is also a Notary Signing Agent and Notary Public Instructor. "I am looking forward to teaching you what you need to know to be a Notary."
