– If you have been charged with a minor violation in the 36th North Carolina Judicial District, you may elect to have it reduced by the District Attorney by completing a 4-hour defensive driving course. It is offered through Western Piedmont Community College and the Safety and Health Council of North Carolina to train motorists in the principles of defensive driving. – Course: Drywall Install/Repair In the course, the student will learn the basics of drywall repair. This course will instruct the student in the proper techniques to repair cracks, holes, and other defects. All tools will be provided, as well as materials. The course will include tools such as box blades, sanders, and drywall mortar with proper applications. The student should wear clothing that is suitable for the construction site. By the end of this course, a student will be able to repair a drywall defect.
