15 Graduate From Customer Service Excellence Program

Morganton, NC –Western Piedmont Community College (WPCC) announces the graduation of 15 participants from its fourth Customer Service Excellence Certification program. After completing the program, designed for current or potential restaurant employees, retail sales consultants, hospitality employees, and administrators, graduates will have the knowledge to apply excellent customer service skills on the job and will have created a professional development plan to keep improving customer relations as they continue into management positions. Additional certifications are earned in Safe Food Handing, Emergency Customer Care, and Employability Skills. The 96-hour certification program is recognized and endorsed by many area businesses as well as the Burke County Chamber of Commerce and the Burke County Tourism Development Authority.
