03.03.050.a Employment Separation Procedures

 

 

 

 

Once the Office of Human Resources is notified of the employee’s intent on leaving employment, a Separation Exit Checklist is sent to the employee to complete prior to the last day of employment.  An optional Exit Interview Questionnaire will also be given to the employee to complete. The College reserves the right to hold annual/vacation leave payouts until all obligations to the College are completed.
