03.03.020.a Examples of Poor Job Performance





The following list is an attempt to provide examples of some of the serious work deficiencies or offenses which normally require disciplinary action.  This is not intended as an all-inclusive list of poor job performance:

  1. Incompetence and/or inefficiency
  2. Absent without proper leave
  3. Habitual failure to report on time
  4. Excessive absences from work
  5. Failure to maintain satisfactory working relationships with the public or employees
  6. Negligence in performance of work
  7. Negligent or careless use of College property
  8. Improper use of leave privileges
  9. Failure to maintain required licenses or certifications
