Spring Con Ed Sign Language Class Offered!

Morganton, NC – Western Piedmont Community College’s (WPCC) continuing education department will offer Sign Language for Everyday Conversations I, a six-week course designed to help attendees communicate more easily with colleagues, patients, clients, friends and neighbors who use American Sign Language.  The class will be offered from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays from March 25 through May 6 in Room 213 in the Foothills Higher Education Center at 2128 S. Sterling Street.  Class will not be held on Tuesday, April 22.  Cost is $50 and no textbook is required.

 

Online registration is available through Friday, March 21 on the College website, www.wpcc.edu, by selecting “Workforce Development,” and then opening the link “Registration.”  In-person class registration in Hildebrand Hall on the main campus at 1001 Burkemont Avenue is available each Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Tuesday, March 18.  For questions regarding registration, please contact Janese Dockery at jdockery@wpcc.edu.
