Morganton—Western Piedmont Community College’s (WPCC) division of continuing education will offer “Medicare: What You Need to Know” on Tuesday, March 11 in the College’s Foothills Higher Education Center located at 2128 South Sterling Street.  The class, offered from 12 to 1:30 p.m. in Room 156, is of particular interest to those joining Medicare for the first time. Attendees will learn the basics of Medicare including Part A, Part B, drug plans and information on Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement.  Each attendee will receive a free guide on Medicare entitled “Show Me Guide.”  This class is free but space is limited to 15.
