This course is designed to give an overview of the filmmaking process, from script to screen. Students will delve into all aspects of making a short film, from story development and screenwriting, to lighting, camera/audio work and editing. With an emphasis on learning through doing, students will come away from this course with an understanding of not only how things are done in the production process, but why.

Signing Up for a Personal Enrichment Class
Continuing Education classes offered through our Workforce and Professional Development Division, have a pre-registration policy, with the exception of Fire/Rescue, EMT/EMS, Law Enforcement, HRD and CTP program areas. You must register and pay any registration fees two business days/48 business hours prior to the start date of the class.
