Here’s your opportunity to keep your lawn machinery in top shape this summer!
Learn the basics of residential gas-powered home and lawn equipment. Many of the fundamentals covered also apply to automobiles, motorcycles, ATVs, mini bikes and go karts. Major topics include safety, gas engine fundamentals, batteries, fuel, oil, grease, blades, fasteners, tools, various adjustments, regular maintenance (including oil, air and fuel filter changing), tire pressure and proposed storage of equipment
Course scheduled to meet 2 hours/night (6-8PM) for 4 nights (March 21, 23, 28 and 30) the last 2 Tuesdays and 2 Thursdays in March. College and instructor will provide safety equipment and equipment to practice on. Students should wear closed toed shoes and work cloths.

Signing Up for a Personal Enrichment Class
Continuing Education classes offered through our Workforce and Professional Development Division, have a pre-registration policy, with the exception of Fire/Rescue, EMT/EMS, Law Enforcement, HRD and CTP program areas.
