Enrollment Schedules

You must go online during the same registration period as when you registered for classes.  The contract amount will be the tuition and charges located at the bottom of your registration statement.

The minimum balance allowed to budget through Tuition Payment Plan is $100.00 for an enrollment fee of $25.00.  Full payments may be made online through e-Cashier for an additional fee of $2.00.

If the down payment is rejected, your agreement will be automatically terminated, and you must pay in full.  All down payments are processed immediately!

Pleas do not assume your balance will be automatically adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online at or call the Western Piedmont Community College Business Office at 828-448-3106 to confirm the change.
