Human Resources Mission Statement

The Office of Human Resources partners with members of the College community to foster a work environment that attracts and inspires excellence in people so the College is successful in its mission.  

The Office of Human Resources serves the College by focusing efforts on its most valuable asset, its employees. Human Resources is responsible for a comprehensive employee program, including: recruitment of qualified applicants into a diverse workforce; employment and orientation services; retirement processing; administration of employee benefits; employee assistance programs; maintenance of personnel records; and the administration of performance evaluation programs and the staff employee grievance process.
