Congrats, Spring 14 Customer Service Excellence Certification Grads!
Morganton, NC –Western Piedmont Community College (WPCC) announces the graduation of 16 participants from its second Customer Service Excellence Certification program. After completing the program, designed for new or potential restaurant employees, retail sales consultants, hospitality employees, and administrators, graduates will have the knowledge to apply excellent customer service skills on the job and will have created a professional development plan to keep improving customer relations. Additional certifications are earned in Safe Food Handing, Emergency Customer Care, and Employability Skills.
