Learning (publisher) and offers a large selection of print and
digital course material (textbooks, e-books and individual chapters)
and is another alternative to the high cost of textbooks.
Western Piedmont Community College and the
Bookstore does not own or maintain ichapters.com and are not
responsible for orders placed thru iChapters.
Please read the “FAQs” on the
iChapters website before purchasing and make sure you are purchasing
the correct textbook for the class.
Several textbooks adopted for classes at WPCC use
components that are packaged by the publisher with the textbook.
We encourage you to visit the Bookstore’s webpage,
click on “Purchase books on-line” and find the textbook information
for the current semester, or call the Bookstore for textbook
information.
Financial aid students may not use financial aid monies
to purchase on-line thru iChapters.

Book Buy Back Dates
- Fall Semester 2008

Book Buy Back Policy
Book Buy Back is held the last three days of
each semester. Textbooks that will be used next semester, are in
good condition with all components intact (i.e., disks/CDs), and are
not overstocked in the Bookstore may be purchased for one
half of the new price. Other textbooks may be purchased at
wholesale prices if they are current editions and in good condition
with all components intact. The Bookstore reserves the right not to
purchase any book regardless of edition or condition.
Bookstore Refund Policy
-
All refunds require the original
cash register receipt.
- All textbook refunds must be made from
registration day until prior to or on the ten(10) percent point date
of a semester.
- All textbooks must be in new and
resalable condition with all components intact. Textbooks are not
returnable if shrink-wrap is broken and/or disks/CDs/web codes are
used or missing.
- Continuing Education books are not
returnable.
- General merchandise is not returnable.
- Cash/check purchases will
be refunded in
cash. Credit/debit card purchases will be refunded back to the
credit/debit card. Financial Aid and/or sponsorship charges will be
refunded as charged.
